ABOUT THE PROJECT
Encompassing 50 acres in downtown Atlanta, Centennial Yards is transforming an underutilized property into a vibrant community of businesses, retail, entertainment and living spaces.
For this pre-leasing phase of the project, CIM turned to Apex to showcase the opportunities for restaurant tenants. Apex brought the ground-floor spaces to life through a series of lively still renderings and cinemagraphs.

Apex depicted the ground floor restaurant in two different design schemes to help CIM guide decision making with their prospective tenants. For all the images, an abundance of people was paramount to embody the vibrancy and energy of the space.
